Summer's Writing Sample

“Hey look” shouted Jamie.

“Their it is, the glowing beautiful moon.” replied Oscar.

The two kids had finally got their. ‘Pssshhh’ the door had opened and Jamie and Oscar had seen beauty. “Hooray, we have made it” cried Jamie as she jumped off into the open.

“Now come on don’t play around we were sent here to collect some samples ok.” demanded Oscar.

“Ugh fine then” moaned Jamie. After 10 minutes in Earth time Oscar had spotted something very strange.

“Hey Jamie, come here” Oscar cried.

“Yeah ok then” replied Jamie.

“Ahhhh what is that ugly thing!!” screamed Jamie. It was a dark, green slobbery, slimy thing and it looked more like an “ALIEN!!”  Screeched Jamie

“Oh don’t be a scaredy cat it’s just my pet alien.” laughed Oscar.

“I’m not a scaredy cat” mumbled Jamie.

“He’s called umm Sid for now” Jamie

Soon nor later Jamie had began jumping again, but then maybe she had jumped a bit too high. “Huu” Gasped Jamie. “HELP ME, HELP ME,!!!” Shouted Jamie. Luckily she wasn’t so far away from her big brother Oscar.

“What’s that noise?” wondered Oscar. As he looked around he caught a little thing floating away. ‘Crcrcr’ as he grabbed his binoculars out of his backpack, and Oscar had recognised this object. “Oh No it’s Jamie!!” he cried. ‘Shuffle, Rattle, Shuffle’ as Oscar was scavenging for a rope in his emergency backpack. “Ah ha, there it is” cried Oscar. He had tried to lasu it, and again, and again, and again, but it just wouldn’t of worked. Jamie had also tried to swim towards the closest position to catch the rope.

‘Whoop” finally in ages the rope had grabbed onto a floating rock right next to Jamie. “Come on Oscar you can do it!!” yelled Jamie. It looks very easy to pull some rope, but actually it’s pretty difficult because you are pulling a floating object into the moon. After 1 hour of pulling the rope Jamie had finally returned back.

“Oh thank you Oscar, how could I repay you back?”cried Jamie, hmm well… as Oscar explained what he hadn’t kept track of the time.

“Huuu it’s 4 minutes left quickly get packed and run straight to the ship” gasped Oscar. ‘Psshhh’ the ship door had opened widely.

“Hurry!!” Shouted Jamie. At last Jamie and Oscar had hoped into the ship. 5,4,3,2,1, and BLAST OFF!!

“Ugh it was very nice on the moon”Jamie cried.

“Yeah it was very nice, but I prefer Earth more.” replied Oscar
